Charles Hargrove, the attorney for Volusia County. will deliver a presentation on Florida’s Sunshine Law on April 15 at the Daytona Beach Area Convention & Visitors Bureau offices.
The Sunshine Law ensures that public meetings and government records remain open.
The meeting will take place at 2 p.m. in the second-floor conference room. It will serve as an informational workshop for board members of the Halifax Area Advertising Authority, which oversees the visitors bureau.
No tourism ad authority business will be conducted at this meeting, which will be open to the public.
