All five members of the Florida Public Service Commission met for dinner Tuesday in Tallahassee after a lengthy commission meeting earlier in the day. Members of public boards in Florida are not allowed to discuss board business outside of a meeting. They are allowed to socialize but some lawyers who advise public boards caution against the appearance of doing that.
