The Florida Public Service Commission sided with Florida Power & Light Co. on Thursday when the utility’s attorneys objected to a POLITICO Florida reporter being on a conference call during the questioning of a company employee during a deposition.
The deposition was being taken in connection with FPL’s request that the PSC allow it to defer again submitting an analysis of whether two proposed nuclear power units south of Miami remain feasible.
