Gov. Rick Scott on Monday reappointed two state agency heads on an interim basis, subject to ratification by the Cabinet at Tuesday’s meeting. Scott reappointed FDLE Commissioner Rick Swearingen and Jon Steverson, secretary of the Department of Environmental Protection.
